Who’s Driving Your Bus?

Six to eight week online offline program.

Have you ever thought of using a vehicle as a metaphor for your journey through life? This program is a road map of self-discovery so you can live your best life, a life you can love with you in the driver’s seat.

Everyone is unique in their own right and will get something different from this program. You may be angry, frustrated, lost or stuck, just wanting to shed those extra kilos, stop smoking and just be happy.
You see, no matter where you are or what you are thinking right now, you are in control of your life and if you are not then someone else is ‘Driving Your Bus’. We need to be the author of our own destiny because when we don’t take charge someone else will.

It becomes so much easier to make decisions and stay motivated when you have the tools and the education to understand ‘THE WHY ‘and ‘THE HOW’ of your journey through life. No matter what it is that you want to bring more of into your life, finding happiness is all about taking an honest look within and being willing to make the changes necessary to get what you want.

If you have an understanding of the way you think your thoughts you would find it easy to make decisions be inspired and take action.
This program is designed for those who:

a) Want to make positive changes in their lives, but are not sure where to start.
b) Want more clarity and focus on how to get what they want.
c) Want to be able to live their life to their fullest potential.
d) Want to let go of that which does not serve you.

You will get to participate in a guided process to uncover your life’s purpose,
develop your minds focus like a laser beam, and stop procrastination and
self-sabotage. This program will include, education sessions, discussion groups, one-on-one coaching sessions, tasking and home play.

This program is aligned with my book and you will learn:

  • Where you are now and understand specifically what you want.
  • You will come to understand and become aware of what you need for your journey. 
  • You will create a road map/design a pathway to what you want.
  • You will discover and find clarity around your road blocks/challenge. Release and let go of that which does not serve you. 
  • You will move from resistance to resilience, take action to empowerment, find the solutions to your roadblocks and learn how to use the tools I provide.
  • And finally, you will learn the rules to Empowerment.
